Seward Ski for Grooming Equipment
Week Three, 11/29 to 12/05, Challenge - Iditarod Trail South via Nash Road
Directions - Turn onto Nash Road from the Seward Highway. Just past the 2 mile sign on the left is a parking area for two or three cars. Park here. There is also access via Johnson Road but it appeared the creek was still open. I’m not sure about a ski through from the Bear Lake side, again due to open creek beds.
Level 1 - Ski to Sawmill Creek and back
Level 2 - Ski out 45 minutes and back
Level 3 - Ski out an hour and back
Level 4 - Ski to Stoney Creek and back (10 miles)
Week Two Raffle Winners for $25 gift certificates to Ranting Raven - Bob Barnwell, Janice Haas, Sylas Reising, Darin Trobaugh
Featured Small Business of the Week - Frontier Store Seward’s only Health Food & Specialty Grocery. Coffee Shop, Deli, Grab & Go Sandwiches, Salads, Soups & More! Great Food. Fun Gifts. Good Advice! There will be three $25 gift certificates.
